Refund policy

Our policy’s length is 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In addition, a refund or an exchange will be made only if the product has a manufacturing defect.

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card issuing entity, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace an item only if there’s a manufacturing defect. If in this case you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ndpremiumdesign.com and send us your item to: 629 Avenue Jordan, Sainte-Marie, QC, G6E 3K3, Canada.

 

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift upon purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift. and he will know that you have returned the item.

 

Shipping

To return a product, you must mail it to: 629 Avenue Jordan, Sainte-Marie, QC, G6E 3K3, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
